Outback Steakhouse - Naples

It has been quite a few years since I have been to outback steakhouse. The place wasn't very busy for a Friday, which is unusual for Florida during season. The can be a tell sign of food or service. People greeting you at the door were nice and professional, especially the guy opening the door for everyone. The place was nice and clean. Our Waitress was decent. She was even honest about the cooks and equipment. I ordered a steak and she asked me how I like it. I asked her how good the cook was because I liked my steak med/rare -med. She admitted they use some sort of grill (kinda sounded like a George Foreman grill) that has a timer and tends to not cook to specifications. Yes she was right when i received my steak, it was closer to rare. The steak was good and seasoned well but I couldn't eat it all because the closer I got to the bone the more raw it got. The place wasn't that busy and the times between when she checked on us were quit long, only something in would expect during really busy times. I could also hear light screams and laughing screwing around in the kitchen which I'm sure contributed to her lengthy between times. Not so professional. My wife ordered a different cut of steak and hers was closer to the way she wanted it cooked. She has green beans that were undercooked. Overall I would give my experience a C+. Maybe if it were another night might have been better. But at the price we paid for our meal, C+ rating wouldn't bring me back.

The bone in Ribeye was Gr8 and our server,Anastasia was awesome.

Had a perfect evening, great waitress, meals were all great!! No complaint!! It was our big daughters sweet 16 bday and she had a nice evening!!

This family run business never fails to go out of their way to make sure every customer is well taken care of. He employs local young adults who are always courteous and works hard to make your dining experience enjoyable. We’ve never had a bad meal and the wait is worth it. Keep up the great work especially when there are so many other more expensive choices in Naples, it’s nice to know you don’t have to break the bank to get a great tasty meal!

My wife and I went to the Outback Steakhouse on Tamiami Trail N in Naples, FL. We sat within minutes of arrival. As a former server myself, I tend to judge servers as I would have served. The name of our server was Hayden. We could not have been satisfied with his service. I constantly see bad reviews of people. Good reviews are usually far and little in between. Hayden is very worthy of a great review. Thank you. Outback for setting people like Hayden to represent your company with impeccable service. It was very appreciated.
