Inn On Fifth - Naples

We're not pleased about daily resort fees of $30 that the new owners instituted. Our room was not in the best location. Apparently, it was right above the delivery access and were awakened each morning by trucks before 7 am. The staff is friendly and professional. The free local shuttle is a plus to visit the beach and restaurants. We have stayed here several times and always enjoyed our time however the resort fee and deliveries will have us looking elsewhere.Walkability: Several great restaurants and the beach are within walking distance.

Wow. As you pull up to the valet you are transported to the most elegant and beautiful destination. The Inn on 5th is a paradise for everyone especially those who want to experience a wonderful pool, magnificent rooms and fabulous customer

We had the most amazing time !! Alex Browere, Director of Guest Services is an absolute angel. He upgraded us to a stunning room, after not having a bathtub in our original room. Alex went above and beyond and we are so grateful to him for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to go back for my birthday next month. Best stay ever !!! Highly recommend staying here and ask for Alex, you’ll be happy you did.

This hotel was great at first, but what made it absolutely exceptional was the service. In particular, Victoria made our stay incredible. She works in the hotel bar and various places, when we would order dinner she would set it up by the pool and make it look like a 5 star restaurant. She was so kind to my parents, especially my father as we have had some serious health problems. One night, she even took time to talk to my dad about it and encourage him to keep fighting, something he always needs!! She was exceptionally, so impressed by her and the rest of the staff

Have been concierge level suites customers at The Inn for many years. Since new owners Noble House took over a while ago the service and rooms have deteriorated significantly. Our stay last week was the worst ever at The Inn. I doubt we will be there again anytime soon or ever. Never complained in the years going to this hotel until now. Not a good hotel experience last week
