Ihop - Naples

The restaurant is very nice and clean! The pancakes topped with strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream were served hot and were absolutely delicious. My husband ordered a combo that included eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and a gigantic waffle. Everything was fantastic!

The food was excellent. There appeared to be some confusion regarding which waitresses were serving which tables. However, the food was served quickly and tasted great overall.

It’s hard to believe that this place used to be good. It’s always been my favorite spot for breakfast with my family, but after my recent visits, I’ve been disappointed. The food takes too long to arrive, the service is lacking, and there have been times when they forget our order entirely. We’ve ended up leaving without having eaten anything. Where’s the saying, “Come hungry and leave happy”? It certainly doesn’t apply here anymore.

Food was excellent good value and tasty. Service was absolutely appalling very slow and got the order wrong considering the restaurant was empty.

However it is not acceptable to have one waitress working by herself at night. The waitress was great she took the orders seated the customers served the meals to the customers she collected the pymts from the the clients and in addition to that as that wasn't enough she also handle the pick up orders. Congrats to the waitress you're great and you can work anywhere there are plenty of restaurants out there that would love to have you work for them and also be appreciated. She's one person she has one head and two arms She's not wonderwoman. This policy needs to be reviewed by the owners it makes you look greedy you're saving a lot money on payroll and the customers kept coming in.
