Haagen-dazs - Naples

They do not have milk ice cream, but offer 2 vegan sorbets. I checked if there was protein and I was sure there wasn't. The staff was SUPER friendly and they were aware of the vegan definitions.

I'm a simple shot of espresso, vanilla ice cream. Do not need much else, but they do it very well.

We always get the milkshakes and they are pretty good, even if there is not much selection of flavors... The girls at the counter aren't great, but it seems you're annoying them. Odd.

They served my two scoops of sorbet in a small child-sized cup. The scoop was precariously perched on top, almost falling out. When I asked for a larger cup, the girl flat out refused to understand me. She seemed disinterested in her job and lacked customer service skills. Unfortunately, this seems to be the new norm in Naples, as small shops struggle to find or train competent staff. Additionally, the fruit in my wife's banana split was frozen, not fresh like it used to be. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I attempted to enter the restaurant at 11:30 today, but the doors were locked. Despite the posted opening time being 11 o'clock, it seemed they had forgotten to unlock them. A staff member was inside, so I knocked on the glass and gestured towards the door. However, the girl simply glanced at me before turning away. Seeing this lack of attentiveness, I decided to find another place to eat. As I walked away, I noticed the only worker sitting outside with their head resting on the table, chatting on the phone. I was relieved that I had chosen not to dine there, as it was clear that the worker was not paying attention to their responsibilities.
