Dunkin' - Naples

The drive-thru service is consistently quick and friendly. The coffee is excellent, but I especially enjoy the lattes. I'm also a fan of the bagel sandwiches, and their blueberry muffins are the best I've ever tasted. Everything at this location is always fresh, and I appreciate the efficient drive-thru. Additionally, there's a traffic light at the entrance and exit of the plaza, which makes it safer to navigate without risking an accident on Pine Ridge Rd.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru on September 20, 2022, around 11:30 AM. I received the wrong coffee and drove away without realizing it. When I noticed the mistake, I quickly circled back to get it fixed. When I explained the situation to the young lady at the window, she took my old coffee, added some of what I asked for, but I still wanted to clarify that I didn't want any of the original contents. She claimed that she had dumped out the coffee, rinsed the cup, and refilled it with my requested ingredients. However, she was away from the window for only about five seconds, so I knew that wasn't possible. I suspected she just added the new ingredients to what was already there. I asked her again if she had used a clean cup, and she assured me that she had, even giving me a thumbs up. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me not to return to this location. I’ll be taking my business to a place a bit farther away that offers much better service.

The restaurant was uncomfortably cold, making it hard to enjoy the meal. My order was also mixed up, and the person taking my order was difficult to understand. Despite English being my first language, there seemed to be a communication barrier.

Their coffee is bursting with flavor, and I absolutely love it! I usually order a decaf latte with almond milk, and it’s simply delicious. The staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting too!

Second time where the cashier at the drive through tried not to give me my change. I watched her throw away my receipt in front of me without giving me back my change. I addressed her and she said she forgot. This type of behavior is unacceptable andunprofessional as it happened on multiple occasions to me at this location. I?d recommend a different location if you?re lookingfor a Dunkin?
