Andy's Susie's Too Aj's Ice Cream

Great breakfast except for the wobbling tables. Service and pricing is very good. Great for families

What a great find. I had to have ice cream so my sister in law told me about AJs and how good the ice cream was so we went. Sarah the girl in the ice cream section of the restaurant was a doll. She made us fresh waffle cones on the spot and the hot cone together with the cold delicious ice cream was amazing. We promised Sarah we would come back to try the food at Andy's Susie Too next time together with the ice cream. Who new Naples had such good ice cream now only if we could find a decent bagel life would be perfect.

Great place!! Fantastic shakes!! Super nice staff! Great mom and pop alternative to Cracker Barrel or Culvers. More personal and friendly. Warmly greeted by all the staff when we came in. Good food.

Being an Andy, I had to come to Andy's Susie's Too AJ's Ice Cream. The diner is split into two rooms. The first holds an ice cream parlor and a few seats and in the other room in the main dining area. It was Sunday so it was pretty busy. A standard thing for any diner. I put my name in for our party and we waited. Few minutes later they asked if we wanted to sit outside. It was gorgeous so why not? And I think this was where our mistake was. The host told us our waitress would be out soon. Then a few moments later a random runner came out taking our drink order. Came back with our drinks- mine was wrong but it's overall not an issue. After a long wait our waitress arrived. Never told us specials just asked if we were ready. By that time we were so we ordered. Our food arrived and we ate. At no time before did our waitress check on our drinks which were empty. The food. The food was the redeeming quality of the experience. I love my Denver omelette and potatoes. They only have one type of potato so thank goodness it's good. They are home fries which was basically slices of potatoes like fat chips. Yum. And the omelette had so much cheese in it, a little watery, but still tasty. Our server only came back once to make sure everything was ok, then she brought us the check. Hopefully this is just a one-off experience and again, maybe sitting outside wasn't a good idea either. The service wouldn't keep me from coming back but it definitely made what could have been an amazing experience just an ok one. I'm hoping that the next time I visit (which will be soon) and I try the ice cream all the service issues I experienced will be just a memory.
