Love Taco Bell, the best place to be, but sticky so 4 stars.

There is... a great mistreatment of clients, we must hire people who have a human resources course......the place is going to go to the ground if they do not make URGENT

Food was normal Taco Bell, nothing great... the fact that none of the employees knew how to run the register to place my order was disheartening to say the least. Had to wait behind 6 customers in line and some of them, like me, had not been trained on it, so it took some extra time for everyone to order. This is the type of place that is reserved for high school kids and youngsters to get their first job and learn some hands-on experience in the workforce...not here though. I can't see returning here or even going to a different location after knowing that the employees are not trained properly. It makes me sad for them

I'm disappointed. I used to love coming to this Taco Bell on pine ridge. Store 24553 The quality is not the same. My husband had the crunch wrap which was not crunchy but soggy and I had a burrito supreme which fell apart. We both have better. Also, all the tables and the floor were very sticky. I tested a few tables before I sat down and they were all sticky. I understand that in these times staffing is hard. I personally did not find the staff to be friendly. I hope some changes are made to improve the quality of our dining experience.
