Woody's Trinity Fish &chips - Napier

I had an excellent fish and chips featuring crumbed gurnard—the best I've had in a long time. The chips were good, although a bit small for a large portion. Everything was fresh, crunchy, and not greasy at all. Highly recommended!

Came to this establishment due to a serious lack of dining outlets in Westshore. Ordered a Woody's burger (Pattie. Bacon, cheese, egg beetroot w/salad) plus a potato fritter and a corn fritter. The food was good but I can't say outstanding. It was what you'd expect from a local takeaway... Competently executed, hot satisfying. Would I return?... Yeeees but as a part of my normal rotation of food outlets. Ie there wouldn't be any rush.

Beautiful golden crispy fish and chips. Not greasy and good quantity. Very nice owners. One of napiers top fish and chip shops

The fish and chips are excellent, and the hearty burgers are satisfying and offer better value than McDonald's.
