The Gintrap Restaurant Bar - Napier

Lots of options. Don’t have dedicated fryer. I had a beautiful meal pork belly. The nicest I have had in a while make sure you tell them you have coeliacs and they will accommodate.

The staff were knowledgeable about coeliac and cross contamination. There is not a dedicated GF fryer but the staff advised on which meals were safe. These included the burgers (without fries) and the pizza.

Unfortunately they are not Coeliac safe. They have GF fish and chips for example but when I asked about seperate fryer the waiter said ‘No they don’t have one’. Not sure about other options. We decided to go and find another option.

Loved this place ...Lovely view and outside seating ...Had Beer Battered Fish bites and plate of chips ..Shared and it was enough .. Beautiful cup of coffee ..The beer battered fish melted in your mouth ..Tasty..

Can't recommend this location enough!! The staff, food and atmosphere are top notch and pricing is very reasonable. We've been two nights in a row and have a reservation for tomorrow. Our new local in Napier :
