It fullfilled all our expectations, we were the first wine tasting tour $35 tour) after covid restrictions were lifted and lucky enough to have an private tour four two of us only. The tour guide Hine was excellent, very knowledgable and wasn't rushing us at all, we had plenty of time to look around the museum, production and storage areas. She also had the answers to all our questions. Would recommend to anyone who is new to the wine industry and wants know more about the wine making history in NZ. We really enjoyed the afternoon there and finished it with the climb onto the sugar loaf hill which gives even better view onto the whole winery and Napier. There is a path to follow from the garden. Thank you for such a warm welcome in Hawkes Bay!
