Great specials. Everything was prepared well and the service was very good.

We arrived and were informed the restaurant does not take reservations...even though they are on OpenTable! When I mentioned OpenTable they said it does not work with their systems. We got lucky and they were not busy but I would not have been happy if we were put at the end of a long waitlist when we thought we had a reservation. It was a Saturday night and getting a table at an alternate restaurant at that point would have been difficult. I feel the restaurant remains on OpenTable to lure people to the restaurant thinking they have a secured spot which is not true. I have complained directly to OpenTable and they had very quick response (excellent customer service) saying they would check with the restaurant this week.

When we arrived, Friday’s said they don’t honor Open Table reservations. Luckily there was a spot open at the bar, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to eat. Not honoring a reservation on a Friday night doesn’t leave someone with many options. On a side note, the bartender was excellent and the food was good.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday!

When I went to the restaurant, there was no one at the Hostess booth or anywhere to tell them I had a reservation on open table for two at 17:15. my friend came to the corner to see if it was me, so she could tell me where we were sitting. I talked to our waitress and said I had an open table reservation and could make sure I'm good. She said she would tell the manager. our waitress was excellent until the service and eating was very good. please make sure that I will be credited for my reservation.
