Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store

Always busy both dine-in and drive-through. I've tried almost all the main ice-creams. Everything is average taste wise. The reward program is good. Milk comes with the glass container with $2 deposit. The taste of milk too is average nothing great about it except for the package.In some places the chocolate syrup will be more and not evenly distributed. For the Brownie ice-cream the brownie is at the bottom. By the time I reached it all the ice-cream was done. It could be better if the placement of the bronie is in between the ice-cream.

I love good ice cream and this place offers grate variety of ice creams as well when you are ice cream lover you can become a member and got some discounts. Also if you like to play chess you can do both the same time in this location .

This store is extremely disappointing. I have had a bad experience here 3-4 times. The store management really needs to address this issue as they are tarnishing the reputation of the brand. I will definitely be lodging a complaint with Oberweis. There is a particular employee named Doreen who we had a negative experience with. Today, on August 9, 2023 around 8:12 PM, I had to wait for almost 10-12 minutes to pay for a 1/2 gallon milk jar because another customer was taking too long trying different ice creams and chatting. Despite being at another counter, Doreen did not ring up our purchase, even when I asked her to do so. Instead, she ignored us and continued doing whatever she was doing. This store is one of the worst Oberweis locations I have visited. Despite having multiple employees present, they all just stand around talking. It is frustrating that even during busy times, they do not utilize both POS registers. The management is clearly lacking. I would give this store zero stars if I could. I suggest the management review the security footage from the date and time in question for confirmation.

Attempted to use employee discount, they swiped the card and then charged my card $14. I got the receipt and it didn’t have the discount on it.There was no offer to fix it or even refund the card and recharge with the discount. So unprofessional. They didn’t even prompt anything, it was me who brought up the incorrect charge and they did nothing about it.Will not be returning, extremely disappointed. Confused how there are managers who work there who are unable to do refunds or even basic customer service???

The best real ice cream around. Peanut butter sundae is the best sundae I've ever had.
