Mcdonald's - Naperville

I visit different McDonald's locations 3-4 times a week, and this particular one has the worst drive-thru service. My order is frequently incorrect, or I'm asked to pull into the waiting lane because it's not ready. The last time I went, I had to go inside the restaurant to inquire if they had forgotten about my order.

I placed a mobile order but had trouble updating my space number. I ended up having to go into the restaurant. Despite waiting at the counter for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me. Even the managers walking by didn't offer any assistance. Eventually, the drive-through manager helped me after some resistance. It took 20 minutes to receive my order, leaving me with only a few minutes to eat before returning to work. Overall, the service was terrible.

I stopped by this restaurant, as I do every morning, and ordered a large hot caramel macchiato. Unfortunately, they gave me a cold one and tried to blame me by saying that I had ordered a cold one. I have been ordering the same coffee from this McDonald's for years and I know exactly which button to push on the kiosk. The manager argued with me, insisting that I had ordered the cold one. I told her that I had not, but she continued to argue with me. Additionally, the kiosk clearly displayed options for both a cold and hot macchiato. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. I ask that next time, they please show some respect.

Outstanding, professional, friendly. Food was fresh. Restaurant was clean. All the employee were very courteous.
