Dunkin' - Naperville

We received our pastries and coffee quickly, and our drinks were made perfectly. The barista was working solo but efficiently handled both our orders and the drive-thru service.

I went through the drive-thru and my order was incorrect. They asked me to pull around, but they brought out the wrong order again. Frustrated, I had to go inside the restaurant to fix it. They then attempted to give me the rest of my order, yet I still found items were missing. When I got home and opened my food, I discovered that my sandwich was missing its sausage patty. Additionally, the coffee tasted watered down, and I never received a receipt. At this point, I considered asking for a refund, but honestly, I just wanted the time I wasted back.

I understand that chivalry may not be as common these days, but it was disappointing to see a female server allow a man to cut in line while he simply shouted his order over my polite response to her. The server knew that he wasn’t even in the store when I was next in line. I’m really frustrated and won’t be returning... although I’m sure you won’t be too concerned about that.

Worse crew ever. Talking in the drive thru not in a nice way and nervous. Not trying to listen to your order

Gave me the wrong coffee, cold food, and terrible service (15 min of waiting just to be spoken to about my messed up order). Save yourself the headache and order from the one on Brookdale Rd instead!
