Dunkin' - Naperville

The lady here at Brookdale location doesn’t know how to make coffee at all. Asked her for original blend coffee with caramel and hazelnut and she made the bitter coffee ever. This is not first time. She is so rude with her customers as well. Doesn’t know how to make any type of coffee and deal with customer.

One of the worst Dunkin, I ever visited. They so impolite to customers. When we asked not to put ice in the drink. The workers are very rude and told we can’t do that but we get the drink daily without ice in every Dunkin branch. Will never visit here.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Worst experience! Clerk was on phone entire time and denied my pregnant wife a cup of water! Smells like garbage! Unsanitary table tops! Brownie tasted stale and old! Horrible experience!

Note for the late night shift lady who works there alone. When taking order from customers do not talk on the phone to your friends or family or anyone! First take the order! Additionally when you have customers, please refrain from singing so loudly. I saw so many customers getting disturbed and leaving because of this. There is no professionalism in your service!

Just moved in the area and stopped to get coffee and breakfast as my daily routine at Dunkin. This particular Dunkin is literally 1,000 feet from my house. I ordered a pumpkin latte with oat milk and a breakfast sandwich. I get to the window and noticed she was preparing to give me a straw. I kindly told her my drink is hot and cold.
