Silverado Resort and Spa - Holiday Buffet in the Grand Ballroom

Service am osterbrunch has terrible service. on a table and no attention for 20 minutes. Finally went into the bar to find out how to order a bottle of wine. finally became waiter's attention. not often killed with fresh coffee and then they added a 18% tip on our 2 person bill. $270 for 2 people! good things: eating was great. halibut cook the best. Keyboard woman was very good. rather sitting outside to see the golfers.

There was no table reserved for us at check-in. Finally we got a small table in a corner of the room. it was a very disappointing experience.

We were sitting in the last 4:30. the food was fresh and continuously refilled. there was a very large selection. the service was friendly and timely, but a bit short. we were the last to go, but not pressed. a wonderful surprise for us tourist.

We had a wonderful Christmas lunch at Silverado. These holiday buffets they offer are very old fashion in a delightful way. The food was very good, with many local vendors used. The only improvement I could suggest is the dessert table, while beautiful, was very bland with all the desserts tasting the same. But no matter, it was still all very good.
