The soba noodles here are delicious, with a strong aroma that I haven't experienced in a long time. It easily ranks in my top 10 favorite soba noodles of all time. The restaurant clearly takes pride in their flavors. Along with the typical soba noodles and dipping sauce set, they also brought a small glass containing water and a single bite of soba noodles. "Try the water first," they said. Following their unspoken instructions, I slurped up the soba noodles and was immediately blown away by its delicious taste. The refreshing aroma that passed through my nostrils as I chewed, and the firm texture that reached my jaw joints, reminded me of the irresistible charm of soba noodles. I wanted to order more. I made a mental note to try their plate soba next time. The tempura, made with soba flour, was crispy and accompanied by a generous serving of vegetables. If you want to eat a mountain of soba noodles without any distractions, this is the place to be. I will definitely come back again.

100% buckwheat flour is used, so it's safe for those with wheat allergies. The tempura is also fried with buckwheat flour. The dipping sauce is additive-free and safe. The large portion is enough for 5 people with the jumbo-sized soba. This restaurant is a hidden gem.
