Jiàng 々ラーメン Zǒng Běn Diàn

I visited Jank Jank main store again after a long time! I tried their Char siu miso flavor for the first time, and it may have been the most delicious Jank Jank I've ever had. They also offer a 50 yen discount on noodle dishes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The regular tantanmen ramen comes with ground meat (without char siu), while the super tantanmen ramen includes both ground meat and melt-in-your-mouth char siu. It's great that you can choose from soy sauce, miso, or salt flavors. The super tantanmen is a bit pricey at over 1000 yen, but it is very satisfying. Additionally, they are open from lunchtime until evening, so if you miss the lunch rush, you can still enjoy a meal between 2-3 pm, which is very convenient.

This is a very delicious ramen restaurant. I tried the Chashu Men with salt flavor from their new menu. The chashu, made of 5 slices of tender pork, was absolutely amazing.
