Red Lobster - Nanuet

Joined the wait list before arriving. I did it 45 mins prior to arriving. We arrived and were told we would still have to wait an additional 25 mins due to no staff working. Other patrons with smaller parties were told the same. Very upsetting. Left and went to another restaurant with 0 wait time.

Just always loved the ultimate feast. And the Clams in white wine sauce appetizer. And The Drinks are a nice complimentary but lately we have received those after the appetizer. And the 2nd ones after our meal arrived and it was water down. Also the biscuits are always on top. No complaints in that dept. But lately the service has not been to good.
