Bidrage med feedbackI ordered delivery through the app at 1:10PM, but the order didn't arrive until 3:20PM after multiple phone calls and a mix-up. Despite blaming Door Dash for the mistake, my colleague had to pick up the original order, which seemed rushed. It was a frustrating experience with no apology or explanation. However, the tomato soup and chicken avocado sandwich were delicious. My next order for pick-up was ready on time and everything went smoothly. Lesson learned - it's better to pick up orders in-store for a more reliable experience.
There is no customer service and the staff is very unprofessional. It's best to dine somewhere else.
Do not go there !...the manager is nasty. I used to spend between 35 and 40 for lunch and when I asked why the Caesar salad bowl is half full the manager told me that's the required amount buddy..I can t add more lettuce it cost money I m done with Panera. you can keep your food and I will spend my money somewhere else.
I went to this restaurant for dinner with two other guests. Ordering was simple, as we could order directly at the cashier, through the app, or at the self-service kiosk. Leonard, the cashier, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Even though the store was close to closing, he made sure to help me with a smile at the end of a long day. One employee, Rosa, deserves recognition for keeping the store clean and maintaining hygiene standards. She was constantly working to ensure every table was clean, which was very impressive. Overall, the food was good, although the French baguette was extremely hard this time. This was the first time we had experienced such hard bread at this store, so it is something that should be addressed. Despite this, the overall experience was positive and I would rate it about 3.5 stars with room for improvement. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
Extremely disappointed! I waited over 30 minutes for 3 soups. After I ordered fruit cups, I was told they ran out of them while waiting. The food pickup area is not managed in a orderly fashion. People are standing by the food counter and breathing on people's food. A customer asked for a refund due to the delay in her order. So, poor service, unsanitary food pickup and running out of food. That equals poor management! I have been visiting this Panera for a number of years. It was a five star, but now 5 thumbs down.
