D D Deli And Catering - Nanuet

Was charged for a sandwich along with other items. When I got home I unpacked the bag and discovered that the sandwich I paid for was not in the bag. I called went back right away and when I returned for my sandwich they tried to charge me again. I refused to pay again and was told sorry sir so I walked out without the sandwich I had paid for already.. I will never purchase anything from this place again...Some advice for anyone that does check your bag before walking out because the guy behind the counter doesn’t do his job very well to put it nicely..... Would have given no stars if I could....

Today my sister ordered a sandwich with a order label that was explicit inappropriate. Mistakenly they put the ticket in the bag. When she confronted the employee they did not apologize and they were laughed at. Sensitive no. Inappropriate yes. Disgusting yes.

Went inside to order a BLT minus the tomato, spanish guy behind the counter so rude. I said no Tomato. Mayo please he said yea making a B.L. I’m like are you putting Mayo , he replies no not unless you ask. Hello you cook for the store and not even know what goes inside a sandwich . Never going back . Wish the original people were still at the deli . These people don’t know how to deal with customers the man was so sarcastic . Hello people I do have to go to work. Why would I spend my money at D&D Deli on smith road smh.

This used to be a good deli, however that is no longer the case. My son went to buy breakfast for Mother’s Day and I got a lousy breakfast. I ordered a ham and eggs platter with hash browns and I got a single piece of cold ham and a cold, hard hash brown. The buttered white bread I got was not buttered and was definitely stale. The other breakfast sandwiches we got were bland and lousy.

Best deli in town. very good customer service, always making my order right, very friendly staff. Bakery is always fresh.
