Rooms: Room was comfy and plenty of tea/coffee/water etc. Nearby activities: Spa swimming pool and Rahul treatment was excellent Safety: Great. Had a wonderful champagne afternoon tea with our 3 dogs. The weather was great, scenery gorgeous and wonderful friendly staff. What more is there to love Service: 5 Location: 5

We had a lovely spa day here, which was very relaxing, I had the best massage and body scrub and can't fault the beauty element to the spa day. The downsides were the sauna wasn't working and the lunch wasn't very nice, rubbery steak sandwich on regular toasted white bread, I guess it didn't match the rest of the experience.

Although I have never stayed at this hotel, I do use the Leisure facilities. The gym has excellent equipment, large studio for classes, changing area with hairdryers and lockers, shower areas, sauna and steam rooms excellent. The pool is spacious and a perfect temperature, leisure beds surround the pool. The hydrotherapy pool is superb. All areas well maintained and spacious. A lovely, small cafe area near reception is very welcoming and Victoria is so very obliging and ensures our latte's are just how we enjoy them, so thank you. Good car parking areas. Grounds beautiful.
