I love the baked goods, sandwiches and coffees here. Unfortunately I had a very poor service experience with one of the staff today. I asked for a specific eclair because it had the most filling. A dark brown, curly haired woman said ?Seriously? Are theyreally all that different?? then reached into the case and pulled out the tray. She ended up dropping two of them and then triedto blame it on me saying ?See, this is what happens?? I didn?t drop the eclairs? The attitude was really unnecessary, if theeclairs were all uniform I wouldn?t ask for a specific one, and I really don?t think it was that tall of a request. I?ll beback, but I hope someone talks to this lady about her customer service skills.

The shop is so inviting and cute with amazing food. The BB Egg Sandy and Iced Latte was one of the best I?ve ever had!

Ingredients and flavors are above average. Bread is a little to chewy. Sweets are ok, not too flavorful.

The kind of place that gets jammed in high season with lines out the door, but unlike in some other cases, fully worth it here. Phenomenal baked goods and pastries, beautiful and delicious breads. The cruffin in particular was outstanding. They movepeople quickly through. Finding seating inside during busy times is a small miracle, expect to grab and go sit on the benchesalong Centre Street.
