White Spot - Nanaimo

Very disappointing meal. I am looking forward to my tempura shattered cajau. I was very unhappy with what I received. a child-sized part of fish, burned on crispy bits and very dry by boiling. incapable of sending back due to time delay. as I needed to leave a certain time. would certainly not recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. server was very good.

I would leave a 0 star rating if I could. originally ordered by this place in august. it was said that we should have called when we were on the parking lot so that someone would bring us our order. Once we came home, we realized that they have forgotten a great part of our order. we called immediately and they apologized and offered to send a gift card we agreed to. a few months pass and we realize that the gift card has not arrived. I called again, and the one I had offered with apology and to give us a meal. we agreed, and he said he would make a note when we were ready. I call again tonight to put an order for my family and collect my free item, and low and see, there are no notes and the service manager cannot confirm that we will do this tonight. he'll talk to his general manager tomorrow. what is this? tired of the constant running around. I hope you do it is happy to take my money and not to offer me the food. get ready.

White spot, what's going on? I was a loyal customer. they have kept up, but they have taken it wrong. we're all on our way to meet. Mother In-law is immune compromised, so asked for a low traffic seat and they asked why? inappropriate. then. imagine the kitchen like a personal hygiene. we ordered a completely changed menu that included ende januar a Christmas dinner. I ordered the trusted huhn alfredo that had no Alfredo sauce, but half the normal size and more than normal in a bowl oil mixed with frozen spinach and dry toast. we all saw our meal times and said.TV dinner. 1). the elders of my wife sat for minutes w/o forks, even if we asked them. no handsanitary stations no where? I don't want to say they lost our business. shame on the white spot oberverwaltung. what ever happens with real finished and qualified chefs with attention to care. I guess white spot business thing we have no taste for quality and quantity. another BC restaurant to connect the prefabricated almost food parade to the halves of the portions and double the price.

Last week we made the restaurant in the north and decided to try it now. the server missed some things, but was very friendly and quick corrected. my friend thought the koleslaw was not as good as the North-End shops.

The service is friendly but not overly fast, so we don't come here when we are in a big hurry. I have tried a few different things on the menu but we each have our favorites and they are the menu items that come to...us consistently as we expect. I really like their coffee and they do a good job of keeping my cup topped up.
