Starbucks - Nanaimo

It had been a long time since our family had dined out together. We were disappointed by the lack of products on display, including the food. My daughter ordered an expensive lemon dish and was dissatisfied with the portion size. The service was also lacking. As we sat at our dirty table, we observed the staff at Starbucks stacking boxes along the walls near the non-functioning fireplace. The atmosphere of the restaurant had the potential to be charming, like a quaint bookshop in the capital, but instead it felt more like a neglected back alley with empty boxes scattered about. The only positive aspect was that they got our drink orders right. We give this restaurant two stars.

This is a great spot to recharge with a coffee or ice cream after browsing through books.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hafermilch mocha frappuccino. I typically don't like milk alternatives, but I would definitely order this drink again.

I always try to use this place, my order is always right and well done. once I ordered a drink that was a little low, they immediately gave it up.
