Pier 2 Nanaimo Restaurante

The restaurant has a basic, diner-style atmosphere with a big screen TV showing a baseball game and non-intrusive music playing in the background. Our server, a polite young gentleman, provided exceptional service throughout our meal. We both ordered the Eggs Benedict and I also added a pancake on the side because I was quite hungry. Our meals arrived in a timely manner and were delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, accompanied by hash browns that were more like wonderfully seasoned, pan-fried potatoes with crispy bits. Additionally, the side bowl of baked-style beans tasted homemade. Overall, we found the entire meal to be excellent, including the well-buttered and syrup-covered pancake. If you are looking for a simple yet good food at a reasonable price, I highly recommend giving Pier 2 a try. I am looking forward to returning for another breakfast and trying their burgers as well.
