Discovery Room - Nanaimo

Our 2nd visit with another couple was equally rewarded. These guys do an excellent job to prepare high-quality meals with great service. Go on! First time here with friends. Absolutely fantastic meal, very well prepared. Super friendly students did a good job and preparation of food. Stop it, will definitely return!

It started with a free Amuse Bouche! The appetizer was fresh tiger shrimps on a zucchini flair! Great! For lunch I ordered the prosciutto wrapped chicken! Absolutely fantastic! And you get a free desert! Never disappoint, always excellent!

We have gedimt here many times and enjoyed it from the beginning to the end on every occasion.

Brilliant prepared food. The presentation, texture and taste were all wonderful. Wine list is very expensive and there are most grape varieties. Student servers are learning and do an admirable job and are very interesting to chat with. One of the best places to eat in Nanaimo.

We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal of herb bread, seafood chowder, amuse bouche, sturgeon and dessert to celebrate with friends. The service, food presentation and price were all excellent. We recommend the Discovery Room for fine dining at a very affordable price.
