Baby Salsa Mexican Restaurant - Nanaimo

Lovely little spot. Has a nice patio area which was dog friendly. I got a couple of tacos and jalapeno poppers. All were fresh and delicious! Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Great place for some good Mexican food in Nanaimo!

This was my go to place when I was a student at VIU. The staff and the mexican chef are very polite. They have a wide array of Authentic Mexican food. The prawns tacos and the nachos platter with chorizo has levels to it.

Love the food there! Got free chips and salsa as a starter, tacos are gluten-free and you can get a side of rice beans (it's a lot). They also have a few vegetarian and vegan options. Margaritas are tasty too and the horchata is devine! Would go back there in a heartbeat!! Omar (hopefully spelled that correctly) is such a friendly waiter who was definitely a reason for us to come back to this place rather than trying a different restaurant on our trip

We had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the street tacos and other dishes here. They were hands down the best Mexican dishes we have ever had. The prices were reasonable, and each dish was perfectly spiced and bursting with flavor and freshness. The service was friendly and attentive. Our only regret is that there aren't more locations of this restaurant!

We ordered lunch for our biweekly staff meal for 15 people. Everything was flawless. The food was delivered hot and labeled as we asked, without any problems. My entire team couldn't stop complimenting how delicious the meal was all afternoon. Thank you to Baby Salsa for handling our order and delivering perfection!
