The Bee's Knees Cafe' And Catering

I’ve just discovered this cafe, and now anytime I drive up island I plan to make a pit stop! They are a very clean and cheerful atmosphere, friendly staff and very yummy menu! I appreciate how welcoming the staff are. Thank you for being “the bees knees!”

I ordered a catered breakfast from the Bee's Knees Cafe and picked it up from the new location. Having only been to the original location before, I was excited to see what they had in store for their 3rd street spot. It went above and beyond my expectations- the ambiance was lovely, the staff were helpful and kind, and the food and drinks were high quality, as usual. It's definitely worth a visit!

Wow! What a fantastic place! Atmosphere is perfect. Service is beyond perfect. The food (I had the peanut yam soup and chocolate torte with a London Fog) is superb!! I will definitely be going back and also highly recommending Bees Knees to everyone.

One word………. Delightful. The atmosphere is an eclectic mix of furniture, relaxing music and amazing customer service. It is so very clean, smells delicious and tastes it too! My mouth is watering as I sit here waiting for my portobello breakfast wrap.

I truly love going to the bee's knees. Their coffee has been consistently brewed to perfection year after year. For me, there is nothing better than the A'sh soup. The blend of veggies, beans, lentils and chickpeas, loaded with herbs and spices is both delicious and nutritious. Hands down my favourite soup in Nanaimo and I highly recommend it to any vegan plant based eater looking for a high quality meal at a fair price. 5 stars.
