Bidrage med feedbackI send my husband to this Starbucks location often. This Starbucks is very inconsistent and half the time I end up with a coffee that doesn?t taste comparable to what Was ordered. I always ask for light ice mostly because I can?t stand watered down coffee. I attached a photo of the coffee I received this morning before I even took a sip but after I took all the ice I didn?t want in my drink out.
Wowsers! This young man in charge was absolutely amazing!! Kind and accommodating with a smile. So very impressed and blessed he was so eager to fix my blunder. On 5/8 6pm I ordered and PAID for wrong location but this young man took charge and made our 4 drinks egg bites pronto so we could get to ball practice. GREAT customer service and manager! Can?t say enough!! ????????????????????????
Went in today made a mobile order. Usually they are pretty good about getting everything correct but i had three drinks with sweet cream foam bc its amazing and there was a DROP on each drink. Like guys i am already broke and its 1.25 which means for three drinks with a drop of sweet cream foam i wasted 3.75 ????. Not only that but my caramel wasn't on my drink : Whats the point of paying extra for the stuff i like when it doesnt get put on my drink : But nonetheless, they are always fast and friendly so I will continue to go back ????????????
The only sugar free syrup they have is vanilla. Dutch Bros has a wonderful selection of sugar free. Starbucks does not. Not going there again.
At 6:42am on 7/22/22 I came to this location. The older lady with blonde hair and a high toned voice sounded annoyed with my order which was a venti iced dirty chai with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. when I pulled up to the window I paid with cash. She said, ?did you know that if you pay with the app you get more rewards?? I said yes but today I?m paying with cash. I presented my phone to be scanned for the rewards, she ignored that, handed me my drink, overcharged me for the drink, didn?t give me a chance to say anything else or to ask for a straw, and started assisting the next customer in the drive thru via her headset. The older generations give people my age a hard time about ?respecting elders, and having ?bad work ethic? but all she did was prove that these statements also stands true for her generation. I hope I never have to encounter her again.
