Bidrage med feedbackSaw in the line while my eating was done for 20min long enough to make it cold. then went to pay with a $100 bill was turned around because it wasn't enough change. and of course the ice machine didn't work. and that happened with the crew of 5 of us. all cold eating thanked them for mine with a card paid.
After many years of avoidance of thicky due to a bad experience, my experience today amplified why I don't go too thickys. that was by far the worst I ever had. they were made of baked carrots, made it as “Faker Bakers” and did not add the meat and the cups that would have been on the carrot. the pulled swarm was cold and fat and the brisket was mostly fat and gristle. the wings we ordered were good, but we were not given the season we ordered. To round it off, instead of being helpful, the manager went in the middle of the conversation. all in all a terrible experience, I would never recommend to go to any, atleast not as an order.
I was told my order would be ready at 11:45 AM for pickup curbside. When I got there they told me it would be just a few minutes and they would bring it out to my car. 25minutes later I tried calling twice first time went straight to voicemail and second time I and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then got hung up on. At 35 minutes late I go into the restaurant and ask where my order is and they tell me it will be another 10 minutes and they no longer do curbside even though that was listed on their website as a option and that is how they told me I would be picking up my order. It has now been 45 minutes since I received notification my food was ready for pickup and I just got the food. This is terrible appalling service.
Customer service was horrible, I ordered 7 combo meals online right after they opened, when we got there to pick up we were told, not very nicely that next time we order we had to order the night before or 3 hours before we want to pick up. They said since it was a big order it should have been put in hold so they could help the people that walk in. What is the difference whether we order online or walk in and order? They were just upset they had a big order off the bat. I'm still a paying customer whether I order online or a walk in. Sounds like a customer service training needs to be done.
I wish I could give ZERO stars but sadly I guess I have to give them credit for something. Everybody gets a consolation prize right?! I placed an order for curbside, 1 hour and 20 minutes later I had to go in the store because the updates had the order in process of being bagged for 25 minutes. The sandwiches were sitting under the warmer so they gave us those and the sides. Got out to my truck and we were missing at least 4 sides. We were told they don’t have waffle fries however we were not called to ask what they could substitute nor were we advised upon pickup. So they don’t have waffle fries and just chose to hand over the order without notifying us or providing anything else. We thought we had the sides all figured out after being given a sub, that we had to ask for. We also thought all the sandwiches were there. We ordered 2 of the exact same ones. We ordered on our way home from Birds of Prey to pick up in Nampa and take home to Star. Got home and realized one whole sandwich was missing. In addition 2 of the pork pulled sandwiches were filled with the worst quality of meat. Dried up hard chunks that you couldn’t even chew through. This was a $100 order. I’ve called and requested a refund for the missing sandwich, asked for a call back from the manager. I’m guessing this won’t happen but I can tell you this is the worst service and quality of food we’ve ever had from Dickey’s. I don’t know if these are franchised but do yourself a favor and avoid this one.I highly recommend the Eagle location. We catered with them a month ago and the service and food was impeccable. Hey Nampa, give them a call if you want to see how a successful Dickey’s is managed.
