Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant has a retro atmosphere. I think it's run by a husband and wife. The husband cooks and the wife serves. I ordered the half chan ramen for 900 yen. The chashu is delicious! The fried rice is delicious too! The ramen has a traditional, old-fashioned flavor. Thank you for the meal.
The local brand pork chashu ramen, called Bitton Ramen, is popular. The charcoal-grilled aroma and the sweetness of the pork are very delicious. The ramen itself is a classic soy sauce ramen, light and tasty. The soup has a unique slightly sweet taste.
A popular cafeteria in Asou, Yukihima City. Located along Prefectural Route 2, Mito Higashiyata Satohara line, diagonally across from Joyo Bank Asou Branch. The retro atmosphere of the Showa era fills the seasoned restaurant run by a friendly elderly couple. The store is not very large, with parking space for 2 cars, 3 4-person tables, and 1 4-person tatami room. It is more of a family/group seating restaurant than individual-oriented. Of course, solo diners are also welcome. While it is a cafeteria-style restaurant, they do not serve set meals, mainly focusing on noodles and some Chinese dishes. It is more similar to a local Chinese restaurant. This time, I ordered the fried rice, and the pork belly char siu inside was made from locally sourced Ibaraki pork, melting in my mouth and very delicious. The "Biton Ramen" recommended in this restaurant also contains this char siu and is known for its delicious taste. I would like to try this Biton Ramen next time I visit.
