The Golden Rooster - NAMBUCCA HEADS

A really great meal on Thursday at the Tavern. Fantastic full rack of ribs and the lemon herb chicken with arrabiata sauce and gnocchi was delicious. Compliments to the chef. Wide range of beers to choose from too.

The chef here does great food. No other words. Everything was delicious. The menu reads some pub food but what you get is anything but. Very accommodating to special food requirements also.

Wow thank you to the bar staff for their friendly and efficient service. This goes a long way when visiting the area. I would also highly recommend the amazing food, presentation and delivery and friendly banter with our meals

We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes and experienced great, friendly service the whole night. Their special passionfruit margarita was to die for!! But most of all we experienced one of the best meals we have had in a long time! The chef did an amazing job to prepare perfectly cooked Salmon and garlic prawns. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, and to top it off they have live music!!!

I usually hate leaving reviews, but this time I feel it had to be done. The food is absolutely AMAZING. due to circumstances (mostly me being drunk and didn't realise i was having someone else's food i ended up eating 2 meals and they were both to die for. The staff was great and very welcoming. I'm italian and very picky about quality 5stars not enough! I'd give the whole firmament for them. Cocktails rad too!!
