McDonald's - Nambour

During a rare visit to Nambour, my wife and I decided to grab a cappuccino and a roasted sandwich at McDonald's. We ordered and paid using the touchscreen and had our coffee brought out to us outside. The coffee and sandwich were both tasty, but when we returned home, we discovered we had been charged $88 plus an admin fee for parking for just 32 minutes in the McDonald's parking lot while we ate inside. I questioned the legality and morality of a company that essentially forces its customers to pay such a steep price for a quick lunch. When I called to inquire about the penalty fee, I was informed that I could appeal if I wished, but the email address provided did not actually accept emails. I was very dissatisfied that two coffees and two sandwiches ended up costing us over $100.

Only from this sweat of a place in nambour. probably the worst mcdonald's I've ever been. on the switch, went through. for the second time to order something that the children wanted, and was ordered that items can only be placed on the displays. I said I ordered one back here. I'm sorry we can't command from here, okay, so I'm trying the display. machine had printer errors. I don't know if the command went through or not. Anyway, I assumed that it was not ordered and again by this advertisement with the same error. went and asked the dame at the theke and she asked me as if I was a big load for her. She said she can't see the order. ok. I said that's good. I checked my account. there were two transactions. those who have failed. I wanted to ask her why I was told it wasn't through. she said her orders wait here for the pickup. all because someone was too lazy to order to take through the counter. lazy and lügner. also the setting of people there work. they need a training on customer service and polite.

No toilets here, food cold. Coffee is good Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Worst service in Australia for a maccas. 9/10 times service is terrible or they leave something out of order or the icecream machine or whatever machine isn't working Speakers not working Refused to serve me as I couldn't place an order through speaker .told me it's against their rules if I didn't place order at the speaker. I've done it before though. Never again nambour store I'll drive to another before I go near you .

When I was there last week I saw a man putting up a security camera and signs saying you could only stay 20 minutes in the carpark. That is unbeliveable. 20 Minutes in a day. I am sure y ou will make a lot of people very unhappy.
