Bidrage med feedbackThis KFC on the sunny coast is one of the best. Not all KFCs are the same, and this one stands out. The manager here runs a tight ship and I can't remember the last time they got an order wrong, which is impressive. I like extra salt on my chips, and they always get it just right here - not too much, not too little. Keep up the good work, guys!
Same as just about every other kfc. Lol Slow as. Mess up orders. Won 't give you the nice pieces of chook, only the horrible rib bone or arse end or back pieces. The staff are all usually very nice and give a cute smile, usually. KFC as a whole really needs an overhaul menu and food wise though. It 's basically the exact same pieces of chicken and 'burgers ' as it has been for the last 30 years or more. The only difference is that back then it TASTED BETTER and was a LOT CHEAPER!
Since KFC is an American chain, we decided to try the feast dinner for our family at this particular location. It was their first time trying it and they enjoyed it. Two servers were especially attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. However, when we drove home about 15 minutes after picking up our order, the bag was soaked with oil, so I suggest placing it on the floor to prevent staining the seats.
The restaurant was good because we tried multiple menu items. It's not a bad place to pick up some KFC.
KFC Nambour - You need to improve the operation of this store!Unfortunately, this is not my first time I have experienced bad customer service from this place. It is a common occurrence but today was by far the worst hence, this review.On the 7/5/16 - My husband had to make 3 trips to get our order right even though the manager with the bad attitude assured us the first time it was definitely correct and everything was in the bag when it wasn't.We did not care that you stuffed up 3 times, it was your attitude behind it all and the fact you were unapologetic and simply not wanting to acknowledge it or rectify it.The manager on that particular shift needs more training in regards to basic people skills, especially active listening! Also, the staff need to improve their customer service skills because the current state of customer service here is unacceptable.This horrible experience could have been avoided if better customer service skills were utilised to acknowledge they stuffed up and were apologetic.Yet, the manager with her bad attitude insisted in arguing and turning the situation into a drama when she could have easily listened and apologised for stuffing up not once, not twice but three times. Anyway, I really hope the KFC Nambour store can improve because not only does it reflect poorly on KFC but the beautiful town of Nambour, especially when other KFC stores are doing an amazing job of customer service!
