I came here as a courier to pick up an order. When I received the question about which set it was, I couldn't answer because I had no idea what the customer ordered; I only had the order number. An older man was rude to me. Then this same man placed takeout boxes—which were confusingly located—right on the cutting board where food was being prepared. To make matters worse, he used the same gloves he wore while making sushi to handle payment cards and then went back to preparing food. This raises serious hygiene concerns. Think twice before dining here.

The food is good, but the person in charge of logistics is not competent. I'm not talking about the cooks; I'm referring to the management that expects the chef to call and figure out things with Yandex Go and other services. They hired undocumented workers and are cutting corners everywhere! The delivery is 40 minutes late.
