Recent experience at Hungry Jacks Darwin Airport was disappointing.Was served by someone who clearly didn't want to be at work.After collecting my food, I tried sitting at a table, however all the tables were covered in food scraps.Bought this to the attention of the duty manager, who clearly didn't care and tried to tell me he was too busy.Interestingly, there was only 1 other person who was seated and no other people at all waiting to order ...

I couldn't say the front of house staff were rude, they were just completely without any personality or care factor and people waiting were noticably commenting on the lack of customer service. There's usually a long wait, 2 orders had to be refunded while I waited because customers had to leave. Every question was just met with a blank expression. It's an airport, captive audience, but just not good enough. Staff should at a minimum be friendly.

Hungry Jacks has in my view a better fast hamburger joint than McDonalds. Why because their advertisement is congruent with what you get. Their fries are fat and very creamy not like McDonald's thin and chewy as if there was some plastic ingredients added to it.Whether, it is chicken or beef, Hungry Jacks are tasty. Their sauces are much tastier than Maccas.And the service is much better. I never liked Maccas in spite of my wife being once a manager of Maccas.So there you go. Hungry Jacks in my view has the better product than Maccas. Try and compare

Basically what you would expect. It's a bit run down and really is in need of a good clean and some maintenance. Bathrooms were really quite bad-usually when we travel we rely on places like this as their bathrooms are generally immaculate. Not so here.
