Great place but be careful when paying for the bill. Calculate and check. I've noticed They increase the amount of what you've bought especially during happy hour. My guess is they think if you are tipsy, then you wouldn't know the price. Happened to me twice both of which they apologized and refunded me after complaining.

Certainly would not recommend this Urban Gourmet, for those of you who are patrons of the restaurant. For one the service is wanting: the waiters do not seem as focused with the guests as they are with standing around and socializing with each other, though the food is served on time which I have to commend, it seems hurriedly prepared and it shows in the presentation once brought to the table. The servers do not do check backs after they have served you, it's done later as an after thought once you are done with your meal. I will say that Urban Gourmet serves the best Burgers in town but they are being let down by the service at TRM.

I like this place coz of cozy ambiente and cool music plus chill lighting. the burgers are never disappointed and what is more, the sport lovers can enjoy various games on decent size projector screens all while enjoying a beer and fast Wi-Fi. the service is fast and the personal is always happy to help if necessary. this is one of the only reasons why to visit these days thika road mall, since garden city is a more comfortable location, but their burgers are totally worth their.
