Uptown Grill - Nairobi

Nice place. Less than the last time I was there, but still sick.

I went to drinks on a Friday night. The mood was cooled, but good. Great music.... apparently it was RnB night and they play different music on some other nights. Friendly fast service. We didn't eat, but the food looked good and many people ate. It is a fairly large place with upper and lower floors and outer balcony.

Nice place to escape from the city CBD. Friendly staff, they know how the drinks come. If the alcohol is not drunk, the DJ will be safe. Do not forget to check their menu, they are some delicious selection, I always go for the ribs.

Uptown Grill is a beautiful chill out spot. You have happy hours from 4 am to 10 pm. Every Tuesday you can enjoy live performances by Ricky na Marafiki Band from 19:00. Special offers for Warsteiner Premium German beer.

They have good cocktails and their food is consistent. Reggae night on Thursday is a favourite. Also has gas warmers for those opting to sit outside. They have a section that one can reserve as well for a private function that's within the pub but secluded. Drinks by the bottle are slightly pricey.
