Worst restaurant service i have experienced yet didn't deliver the food neither notified me for the same never order through irctc ecateting from haldirams

Taste: standard Haldiram's taste..great to be here for a quick evening snack or a elaborate lunch.. great for Indian, South Indian, chat and Chinese food.. Service: self service Ambience: great place to be with family and friends Value for money: good 8/10

Today I am in Nagpur. Its my first time visit here. Two things are attracting me one is Saoji and other one Haldiram's orange barfi. I was searching for Haldiram's outlet in Nagpur nearby my area. And suddenly got glimpse of Haldiram's Planet Foods. They have parking space too. At entrace there is ice cream counter. I got to see many different varieties of mithai and namakeen here. Orange barfi was must take away in our list so we packed couple of mithais , pethas, rasagullas and different flavoured soan papadi. They have fresh kachori, dhokla, khaman dhokala. Service is quick and good.
