Lemon tonkotsu pork broth) ramen topped with a handful coriander/cilantro is sublim. if you like pho and ramen, this is on another level. If they are not too in coriander or lemon, then also regular ramen is brilliant. or they have a boar sauce, which is quite refreshing and is not as heavy as a regular toncottsu. the lemon tonkotsu coriander is by far my favorite rays ever. I miss that.
