Dairy Queen - Nacogdoches

Me and friends went through the drive-through tonight and the lady who took our order was the best. She was taking orders, making sundae?s, taking payment, and giving out orders. She was so nice and had the best attitude. We didn?t get her name butshe made our night and should be recognized!

The new Manager has really done a good job turning that place around.

The service was wonderful. The drive thru attendant was very pleasant and offered whip cream ???? on top of the sundae which I thought was cool. I'll definitely go back. The strawberry ???? sundaes and milkshakes were wonderful !!

They where out of ice and french fries and a positive work ethic and attitude! ???? The guy trying to work the drive thru could not for the life of me understand a single thing and kept repeating multiple times. When I was at the window the one withreddish weave gave me a wonderful view of her hot pink underwear. I had to go in to get my drink they forgot and the drive thruguy and another girl with glasses working drive thru got to fussing and she threw a whole cone of ice cream in the trash. Thenshe came up front being just ugly with the other older gentleman. Also I don't see why I had to pay extra for onion rings whenthey where the ones out of french fries.

I normally visit by the drive through, but today I went in because the line was long. Customer service was very nice; however the AC was Out. I wanted a banana split, but was told they were out of bananas because thy were all spoiled due to the heat andno way to keep them cool. I visited about a month ago and was also told they were out of bananas. I don't remember the reasongiven. I became sweaty waiting for my blizzard! Please fix your AC.
