Went here this morning, floor and tables were exceptionally filthy, something I noticed far more when I caught sight of an uncommonly large cockroach skittering across the floor. Between that and the wrapper of my food being stuck to my tray by some overly sticky substance that clearly hadn't been cleaned since its last use, I think I'll be avoiding this particular Taco Bell establishment. These are some of the best employees I've ever had the chance to meet. They are kind, courteous and helpful. They've always gotten my order correct but I witnessed them going above and beyond for a mother daughter duo who claimed that their order was not correct What a great team!!! After a long day of working and getting off at 11pm and I haven’t even ate nothing all day and the only thing that was really open was Taco Bell so I was really ready for my chicken quesadilla !! First I notice I ask for mild and hot sauce and they only gave me one each for 2 chicken quesadillas I wasn’t going back around it was already a really long line and I was tired lol!!! Next thing I was eating my chicken quesadillas I feel like a hair inside my mouth spit out the food and look and it was a hair !! NOT ONE HAIR BUT LIKE 4 HAIRS !!!!! Yes I did call and was very upset!! I did get a refund but wat I find funny is the one who gave me my refund had black hair and if u look in pictures it’s black hair !! Could be someone else with black hair in there idk ! And it was never I’m sorry or anything even wen I came to the drive thru window no show of care ! Idk whose hair that’s was and if they had any kind disease or anything . Also I had to have a receipt for a refund because she tried to remake the food , who wants to eat same thing that had hair in it ! I was so disgusted I gag so much I almost threw up , I’m not being dramatic that’s just plan out slack !!! If it was hair in the food it shouldn’t matter for receipt !!
