Ruth's Chris Steak House - Myrtle Beach

Upon arrival, we noticed that the parking lot was full and the restaurant was very busy. Our reservation was for 6:45, and from the moment we entered the restaurant until the end of our meal, we were treated with excellent service as if we were the only customers there. The food was delicious and the manager even came by to check on us. With such high quality food and service, Ruth's Chris will always be our top choice.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and had made reservations online, specifically mentioning the occasion. When we arrived, we were disappointed to be seated near the kitchen doors with a lot of staff traffic, despite there being numerous other open tables that would have offered more privacy. I mentioned my preference for a booth or a different table, but was informed that since we hadn't requested it online, we were not able to switch. There was even a booth that remained empty the entire time we were there. Despite this, our waiter provided exceptional service and saved the evening. For a restaurant with a $200 dinner, we expected better treatment. We have dined at Ruth's Chris restaurants in other cities and always received 5-star service.

We had an amazing dining experience. Food was wonderful and prepared exactly as ordered. Phil and Reginald provided outstanding service and made the evening very special. We will be back soon.

Parking: It was packed when we arrived, but there is parking right across the street from the entrance or valet parking if preferred. Entrance: The staff was systematic in handling the guests, and we had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated due to the holiday rush. Servers/Hostess/Staff: The staff greeted us professionally with big smiles and our server, Tanner, was knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure our glasses were never empty and checked on our dining experience. Food: The lobster and filet combo was very good and filling, as was the appetizer. The dessert was rich, but not to my taste. Price: The entrees range from $15 to $150, with a classic choice option for $60-$90. The Tomahawk steak is a must-try for those willing to splurge. Overall: This restaurant is perfect for special occasions or if you want to treat yourself or someone else. The price was worth it, but I recommend avoiding busy holidays. I plan to visit the Atlanta location next time.

Just try it, you won't be disappointed. Yes it's expensive, but it's certainly worth it.
