Redi-et Ethiopian Cuisine

We recently moved to wilmington nc and this is the nearest Ethiopian restaurant. the food was delicious! we started with the suppe in the appetizer menu. very well done. I had the vegetarian combo and my man had the meat combination that he had all 3 of the spicy meat . will definitely be back. the children have agreed to get the bark or the lamb next time instead of the hot dogs they have today. spicy does not mean hot spicy it means taste spicy fyi.

Loves this restaurant. had new neighbours to Redi-et, my favorite restaurant in mb, last night. they loved it, the Ethiopian beer, eating and the coffee ceremony. 3 more fans for Redi-.org

Great restaurant. I am a fan of Ethiopian food, so could not wait to taste Redi-et Ethiopian restaurant. what a joy to find that eat authentic and excellent. I will often come back as well as my friends who are so impressed by the restaurant and eat.

Delicious and brilliant! love it! love this place! we had a great experience at Redi-et on 2nd november 2013. it is a small restaurant that is tastefully decorated to create a pleasant ambiente. server was professional, friendly and polite. eating (we have a suppe, cauliflower and lamb dishes) was very well prepared and beautifully presented. the portions were plentiful, we had plenty left for the next day. bonus: great prices! we will definitely return and recommend this restaurant!

Peaceful and Healthy. The shop was quiet... a welcome relief in this beach town. Enjoyed the atmosphere ad ethiopian coffee and bread to start. Had the option of my meal with injera OR rice with a fork. All the vegetarian dishes were wonderful, with the only odd side being the salata... something akin to an iceberg salad. Collards were great and the lentils/split peas were tender and well-spiced. Nothing was overly hot, spice-wise. Cook through in a great lentil soup as I looked hungry!
