Bidrage med feedbackWe had 730 reservations, didnt get seated until 8pm. The cook was funny but talked about eating kitty. People joke but wasnt funny, my grandkids thought he was serious. He was good though. Went and bought bday package, we didnt get a souvineer as stated.... very dissapointed, our bill was over 750 , food was too salty and shrimp over cooked. Fishy, and the lobster tasted funny as well. Benihanas is much better!
It was a very nice dinner we had fun and met great people. The lobster tail was cooked perfectly
I want to start and say I am a VIP on Open Table and have NEVER been treated like this at any restaurant in my life. My friends and I came here to enjoy sushi on October 4, 2019 but unfortunately we were treated very disrespectful. Our Uber driver was new to Myrtle Beach and did not know the Kingston Plantation development but I called the restaurant to let them know we were running late because of this. We arrived about 10 minutes late but they had our table ready in the sushi bar area. There restaurant was very clean, a lively environment as the people who were sitting around the hibachi grills were very lively, loud and having fun with their chiefs. David our waiter, came to the table with an attitude. He rudely asked what we wanted to eat and drink. Some of us ordered a glass of wine, a beer, a mixed drink and waters. Our food came randomly, not all the meals were severed at once. Once we all had our meals, David asked if we needed anything else. The woman at our table who had 2 waters, asked for a beer and was told we were cut off from anymore alcohol. Two people has not even finished one beer, one woman had drank her martini and I had not even drank the half of my glass of moscato. He said we had to much to drink when we have not even had really anything. I immediately asked for the manager. He said he was the bar manager. I wanted to speak to the restaurant manager or owner. I explained how we had been treated. She explained he has the right. When I told the person that was to she could have anything and who had been over severed was someone who has order water, she went to speak to David. I demanded our food be paid for as I have never been treated like this. She could look at my Open Table VIP status and see what it said. Was we stood outside and waited on our Uber driver, we were just irate that we had been treated in such an embarrassing and discriminatory way. I have never been treated like this. I have requested the owner of this establishment call me
Nakato is my all-time favorite restaurant! We drove an hour and a half from Dillon yesterday just for Nakato. It was worth it and always is!
I have been coming to Nakato's for 30 years since I was a little girl. We had the best time and the best cook and service on Saturday night. My two little boys really enjoyed it.
