Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I've been coming here for a couple of years, mostly for take-out but sometimes to dine in. The staff is always pleasant and professional, but I had to mention the girl working the window today—she was exceptionally cheerful and friendly! It really made my day. I ordered a 20-piece chicken fingers meal with half Tongue Torch sauce and half Nuclear sauce. The meal was supposed to come with four sauces, but it seems they didn’t understand what “half of four” meant. Instead of the correct sauces, they provided four of the Tongue Torch and charged us extra for the Nuclear sauce. We didn’t notice this until we got home, which is on us—we should have checked our receipt and order. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4 and the service a 3. This was a takeout dinner.

The chicken was simply incredible. The fries were fresh and well-seasoned, although the seasoning could have been better balanced. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
