Panera Bread - Muskegon

Nice clean shop, decent service. I remove my rant from the gothic Asian Chicken Salad (cilantro, tons of it). But this and most other paneras will be happy to make it for you without cilantro. This place is my standard hangout when I put someone on the street for a medical appointment. Great atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the food and the service at this restaurant. Despite the challenges with staffing due to COVID, my order was delivered on time and was prepared perfectly. I had the chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich along with some iced tea, and it was delicious! I prefer regular unsweetened iced tea, as the fancier options aren't really my style. The staff at this location are fantastic—friendly, helpful, and efficient.

People are good food is great the only thing is the price is high and the side of bread is rock hard on the outside. Overall a good place for lunch, but expect to spend 10-12 on a cup of soup and half a sandwich. Broccolli cheese soup is delicious.

I usually love Panera, but I was pretty disappointed in their new “chef’s” chicken sandwich. First off…. Panera has always had great salads, soups sandwiches, why do they keep adding menu items to fit in with the rest of the fast good crowd? I was kinda surprised to see them jump into the chicken sandwich war… they should have stayed out if it! The sandwich I ate yesterday was probably the worst chicken sandwich in the market. The bun was way too big for the dried out piece of chicken, fried pickles were a few small crumbles, spicy sauce was was almost unnoticeable. I was really disappointed. I guess I should stick with the soups salads like I usually go Panera to eat. Or maybe Panera should stick with what they do best and forget about trying do it all.

I just want to express how grateful I am to have access to healthy, hot meals and a delightful dessert. As a trucker, this has become my favorite spot in Muskegon. The cozy atmosphere and friendly smiles make for a relaxing experience. I'm a huge fan of how the business values both its customers and employees. I hope that the owners, employees, and patrons of Panera are blessed. May they be kept safe as they travel to and from work, and may their families be cared for while we support our loved ones back home. Thank you for all the blessings in our lives.
