Pizza Hut - Muskego

I placed an order on Friday night during a thunderstorm. The pizza arrived sooner than expected and was hot with fresh toppings.

I am at a loss for words to express my appreciation for this restaurant. I had a mix-up with my order on the app and was charged by my bank despite the app saying the order couldn't be processed. I contacted the manager, Mike, and provided him with screenshots and emails for clarification. He graciously offered to make the order for me even though it hadn't been received. After receiving a notification that a refund was processed, I called Mike again to pay for the order, but he insisted on giving it to me for free. The customer service was exceptional, and I would give it a 10/10 rating. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning because of the outstanding service provided by Mike.

We ordered a pizza and some breadsticks to go. The pizza was terrible, but the breadsticks were decent. The dipping sauce was extremely small and not good. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Overall, a terrible experience.

Very punctual and my order is always correct. Very nice service.
