Mike's Hilltop Tap - Muscatine

This is a great neighborhood bar with a wide selection of drinks and slot machines available.

I can't say much else about the Hilltop. It's always the same reliable place.

It is always full house on friday nights. They have Karaoke. A good mix on all different types of people. Usually have 1 or 2 drink specials on Friday nights also.

Its an okay bar, they have just about the same prices and drinks as every bar in town but what sets them apart from the bigger ones in the winter is they do karaoke once a week and they have a pretty wide selection of pizza that they will cook you in the bar. The place can get very crowded during the weekends due to the small size. It seems more of a older persons bar with the age demographic usually here. The older bartender can be very rude also and it seems every bartender like to mention bar time constantly before 2am.

Used to love this bar. It was like my second home (no I didn’t drink that often), everyone was friendly, and it’s where all my friends would gather to catch up! But the atmosphere has drastically changed.
